Low-Maintenance Provided
Brampton Place is a low-maintenance provided community, with a monthly association fee, that includes services such as trash, yard waste & recycling pickup, lawn & shrub care (excluding trees), sprinkler system maintenance & snow removal.

- Maintenance and/or repair of the exterior of the home such as siding, windows, driveways, sidewalks, patios or roof is not included and is the homeowners responsibility.
- Snow removal is provided with snow accumulations of 2" or greater for driveways, walkways to front door and sidewalks, but does NOT include ice melting application and/or treatment services.

Brampton Place is a deeded community with restrictive covenants. We welcome and encourage exterior improvements but require that you submit details of the plan using our Architectural Review Request form for the Architectural Review Committee to review and approve.
